Purchasing Guidelines- Your company, product or service MUST be related to eco, green or conscious living.- You may submit animated banner ads. - You may submit your banner ads to our server. - Banner ads must be (.gif or .jpg format) 10 kb or less file size. Once approved, every attempt will be made to ensure ad will publish within 24 hours (excluding holidays) from receipt of PAYMENT IN FULL. You will be notified when your advertisement is placed on the web site, you will have 48 hours to determine if changes are needed. No additional changes shall be made after this time for the remainder of your contract period. You will be contacted 15 days prior to your ad expiration to determine if you wish to renew. Should your ad expire you will be placed on the waiting list for the next available ad space. Advertising is first come/first serve. DISCLAIMER: Modern Hippie Mag reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that does not meet its criteria. If it is discovered that Advertiser has failed to disclose any involvement contrary to the intent of our guidelines, the Advertisement will be promptly removed from our website and any remaining monies will be forfeited. By agreeing to these guidelines, Advertiser stipulates that they are lawfully free to distribute Advertisement and that use of Advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, and/or trademark. Modern Hippie Mag shall be held harmless for the unintentional and temporary interruption of an Advertisement due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond its scope of normal control. Advertiser shall not assign this Agreement to a third party without first obtaining the written consent of Modern Hippie Mag. Ad pricing is subject to change without notice. |
