America’s Clean Energy Movement seems to have taken a great stride this week, but some see it as more of a stumble. After nine long years of debate, studies, and deadlocked negotiations, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar finally approved plans for the Cape Wind project, a 450 megawatt, $900 million, 130 turbine wind farm to be constructed in Nantucket Sound.
