That’s my running motto for this month I believe. As the “Head Honcho” of Modern Hippie Mag I thought it would be a good idea for me to take the last post of every month as an opportunity to connect with you, to give you a roundup of the month’s theme, reflect on what we’ve shared and give you a heads up on what’s in store for the coming month. Well, I’ve got writer’s block. The theme for April was Cultivate Growth, we focused on what that meant by reflecting on how we could honor Mother Earth through gardening & organic farming and collectively we shared our thoughts in our last Editor’s Collab, but trying to give you a thought provoking sense of it all, well, I’m coming up short. Sorry folks, it doesn’t always flow. So, I’m not gonna try to force it. What I can tell you is that we had a great month with lots of articles, how-to’s, recipes and thoughts on conscious living, I hope you enjoyed it all. Have a look at our archives to catch what you may have missed. In the famous words of Mr. Forrest Gump, “That’s all I have to say about that.”
As for what’s coming up for May…quite a few things actually. We’re going to give some much needed attention to our furry friends in our month long series dedicated to All About Pets. Everything to show them how much we love ‘em: natural pet food options, accessories, bath & grooming…well, you get the idea. And we want to hear from you. You’ll have an opportunity to share your stories, your videos and your photos in an upcoming giveaway! Details coming soon.
Behind the scenes we’ll be doing some spring cleaning so to speak, but before we can do a full unveiling I’m going to need your help. I’d love to hear from you about how you feel Modern Hippie Mag can grow and evolve. Consistently (for the most part), we’ve been a resource dedicated to providing information and education about conscious living; releasing articles, videos and product reviews twice daily, 5 days a week (down from 3 times/6 days per week). Additionally, for our subscribers we deliver daily and weekly updates to your inbox. Ultimately I want to know, how is this working or not working for you? Would you be more or less inclined to read MHMag if we released content less or more frequently? What types of content would you like to see more of…more videos, more recipes, more essays, more giveaways? So come on, help us out, we’re in this together. We want to continue to be a great resource but only if we can grow it together.
Thanks for continuing to support our efforts, I sincerely appreciate it.
