“To see things in the seed, that is genius.” – Lao Tzu
Every forest began with one seed. Every plant that has ever blossomed to provide the world with beauty, food, and shelter, began with a tiny seed. Every oak, every orange tree, every redwood, and every palm all began as something we can hold in the palm of our hand. Each of us was also born of a seed. Planted, gestated, and cultivated, we have each grown into the world around us, becoming at one with the forest we occupy.
Every idea is also a seed. Every person we meet holds the seed for a nurturing relationship. Everything we learn offers the seed for greater knowledge. Every action we take plants the seed for a reaction. And every seed we cultivate helps us to create a garden of our own happiness.
