Though every culture has different words for describing the various elements of nature, we can all appreciate the peace that it offers us and the oneness we feel with it. Regardless of what one may call a tree, anyone can find comfort resting under is branches. Regardless of the terms used to describe a river, solace is found in listening to its song. Regardless of how one refers to the ocean, it will always help to incite meditation on life. Despite all of the differences in our symbols, nature will always unite us by reaching us on a level beyond language.
