Spun Bamboo Boxers

I’ve been on the search for a good pair of organic underwear for awhile now. I got a pair of spun bamboo boxers from Greenshops.com a few months ago. Although they’re really soft and quite comfortable, I haven’t really been much of a boxer guy since college. No, I haven’t reverted to the tighty whities either. I gave those up after puberty. I’m a boxer briefs man. The best of both worlds.

I found some organic cotton boxer briefs by Ralph Lauren some time ago at TJMaxx of all places, and while they were a really good deal for the price (two pair for $7.95), they’re a little short and tend to ride up.

Organic Covered Elastic Boxer Brief

However, at long last I have finally found the pair that I have been looking for.

My wife got me a pair of Organic Covered Elastic Boxer Brief from bgreen Apparel and the biggest problem that I have with them is that I don’t want to take them off. They are made of 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex, and they are so soft and comfortable that I am going on my third day of wearing them. They’re a little pricey for me at $17.00 a pair so I may just end up wearing these every day. My wife doesn’t know what she’s gotten herself into.

Organic Cotton Crew Neck T-shirt

She also got me one of the Organic Cotton Crew Neck T-shirts ($17.00), and I am not exaggerating when I say that it is the most comfortable shirt I have ever worn. It’s ultra soft and very light. I’m never taking this off again either. Fortunately, they match, and my wife says I look great in them. Let’s see what she thinks after I go a week without changing them.

Organic Bra Top

However, as much as I might like my new underwear, Jasmine wasn’t greatly impressed with the Organic Bra Top (on sale for $21.00) that she got for herself.  The organic cotton was indeed soft; they’ve got that down to a science. But the organic cotton/spandex blend that works so well to give a man the support he needs doesn’t work quite as well on a woman.

Nevertheless, bgreen does offer a wide selection of other types of clothing from lounge wear to sweatshirts. If you’re looking for something soft, organic, and really comfortable, I highly suggest you give them a shot.

I completely agree that bgreen Apparel is extremely soft making them totally tempting to never take off!

I got a pair of the organic hot shorts from BGreen (I'm strictly a breif/boyshort wearer and always looking for something that fits "just right"). I have to say, especially for the price, they are remarkably soft, well made, comfy and flattering with a great fit. Being more petite/shorter, these types of underwear tend come up way too high on me and the butt part tends to be to baggy. These were GREAT to sleep in with a tank or T and also very comfy under little skirts and dresses. Only thing they're not real compatible with is skinny jeans. And maybe they were stretched out just a teensy bit at the end of the day. It's not going to stop me from getting at least one more pair though…and probably the adorable lace trimmed leggings too!
