Yesterday we published our 400th post!!! Yay…woo hoo!!! We are so very grateful to you our readers and to our amazing clan of eco-peeps. And even more cause for celebration is the addition of three new regular contributors to our little family of “greenies”!

julie
Julie Urlaub is the Founder & Managing Partner of Taiga Company, a sustainability consulting firm located in Houston, Texas dedicated to accelerating the integration of sustainability concepts in business. Julie speaks, writes, and advises clients on a variety of issues related to environmental stewardship, sustainable business practices, and the benefits of sustainability strategies. She is one of the sweetest, caring people I have had the pleasure of connecting with. We’re so happy to have Julie and look forward to her articles.

natalia
Natalia is the head chef and owner of Glowing Temple, a raw and living foods inspiration, creation and education service based in Sarasota, FL. A long time foodie, Natalia realized the importance of organic and natural foods at a young age. She is the brains behind the organic and vegan menu for mi Pueblo’s, a traditional Mexican restaurant in Florida. We are honored and thrilled to have Natalia share her yummy recipes with us, complete with awesome photos taken by her talented hubby.

marina
After spending months researching what different foods do to a human body, Marina decided to become at least 70% raw/vegan. It was an overwhelming transformation and she started to write a blog about it. Now every time she learns something related to healthy eating, she records it in her blog, Becoming Raw to give others information on habits to have better nutrition. We’re just tickled green that Marina has agreed to share her research and experiences with us.
Welcome ladies!! Read their complete bios and check out our other contributors here.
