You pee, you wipe, but you Never get any pee on your hands and when you wash it's all washed off, wait but didn't the sprayer wash you also. But that's different right? Yes it is for people who have never tried it, heavy sigh, because actually it's an even better washing. But the sprayer is more than interesting.....it's wonderful! Spray your bottom a couple of times and you won't know how people can do without it. I know. For people who are completely satisfied with just smearing and wiping with toilet paper it's probably superfluous, but I almost always had to use the sink or shower for a complete washing and compared to that the Hand Bidet Sprayer is a water saver and much more efficient. It's 10 times better than a bidet and will save people money instantly by lowering their toilet paper use. It also has health benefits for hemorrhoids and rectal itch.
