“If you want a guarantee, buy a toaster.” - Clint Eastwood
For any goal we might set for ourselves, there is no promise that we will reach it. On any journey that we take, there is no assurance we will reach the end. For any endeavor we embark upon, there is no guarantee we will finish. Nevertheless, the chances of reaching our goals, finishing our journeys, and completing our endeavors will greatly increase if we attempt them anyway.
