“The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.” – Stephen Covey

scheduleSo often, we get so wrapped up in getting things done that we forget about what’s truly important. We forget that it’s not about getting a lot of things accomplished. It’s about being accomplished. Though the difference might seem subtle, it’s immense.

It’s important that we remember one of Mr. Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People: First Things First.

As you set up your plans for the day, the week, the month, and year, remember what is truly important. Remember that it is not just about the tasks you accomplish, but the purpose behind them.
